Ontario Early Years Centres are places where parents and caregivers can:

  • take part with their children in a range of programs and activities
  • get answers to questions
  • get information about programs and services that are available for young children and their families
  • talk to early years professionals about child development
  • connect with other parents and caregivers in the community

About Us

The Nepean-Carleton Ontario Early Years Centre provides information about children’s services and programs in the community. If you have questions about your child’s development, or want to know how to get information or services for your child aged 0-6 in Nepean-Carleton, please visit your Ontario Early Years Centre at 1099 Longfields Drive, Nepean, call us at 613-825-5990, or email us at nepeancarletoneyc@cityviewcentre.ca.  Services are free and offered in both French and English.


All Ontario Early Years Centres are funded by the Ministry of Education. There are no fees for any of our services.

The Ontario Early Years Centre Nepean-Carleton team includes Registered Early Childhood Educators, Early Years Support Workers and volunteers.
