QUALIFICATIONS

RECE

SKILLS, ABILITY AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working with children
• Fluent in English written and verbal.
• Flexible
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and work in a team setting
• Computer literacy skills
• Capacity to advocate for children and their families and work with a variety of family dynamics
• Acting as a role model for co-workers and students by promoting positive relationships in the work environment and setting professional goals and objectives for the program
• Supervision of volunteers and students

SHIFT

New program, shift and days worked will vary

RATE OF PAY

• Non ECE – Paid $14.00 + $2.00  (in lieu of WEG) - $16.00 per hour
• ECE – Paid $16.00 + $2.00 (in lieu of WEG) - $18.00 per hour

Note: The additional $2.00 will only be paid as long as we receive the funding from the City for Wage Enhancement

START DATE

April 2021
